中文摘要: 电压12V,pH 9-10的条件下,在铂阳极上合成了微晶纤维素和酪素的复合物。红外吸收表明复合物确由微晶纤维素和酪素组成,通过溶解性试验,含氮测试,热重热解曲线和XRD分析了复合物的特性。该复合物展现出与MCC和酪素不同的物化性质。本实验认为电化学法可以方便快捷地合成多糖和蛋白质的复合物。
Abstract:MCC complexes with casein were prepared electrochemically at 12 V. Complexes were deposited on platinum anode. The properties of products were studies by means of Solubility

thermal analysis and XRD. IR spectroscopy of complexes shows that electrostatic MCC-casein complexes were formed.
