中文摘要: 为了提高示波器静态测量精度,实现自动校准,2维Henon映射混沌测量模型测量信号幅度。通过选择模型参数和初始值,调整混沌阀值,实现高精度校准。同时
构建了变参数的混沌检测模型和测量算法。该算法不需要判断混沌系统从混沌状态变为稳定状态,减少了计算负担
将其作为数字示波器校准算法嵌入到示波器函数库中,改变了传统的校准方法,提高了校准性能。实验结果表明,该方法比采用传统算法测量结果好,分辨精度高,具有很好的应用性。
Abstract:In order to improve the static precision for Digital Oscilloscope(DSO) and realize the automatic measurement
the chaotic measurement model based on the two dimension Henon map is adopted to measure the signal’s amplitude. By selecting model’s parameters and initial value
adjusting the chaos threshold
the high precision calibration of the signal’s amplitude is realized. Meanwhile
the measurement model with variable parameters is constructed. This way does not need judge the system’s state whether change from chaotic state to steady state
and reduce the burden of DSO greatly. This algorithm changes the traditional calibration way
which embedded in the function library of DSO as part of the calibration algorithm
and improve the calibration performance. Compared with the traditional calibration way
the experiments show that this method has good measurement result.
